We chose New West Development to build our latest house in Mill Bay, BC and were very pleased with the experience.  The builder designed a custom house plan for us based on our needs and budget.  We were expertly guided through the whole house building process.  The builder explained each step and helped us through each decision, from the site selection, kitchen design, flooring selection, etc.

We were especially pleased that the builder doees not compromise on quality.  The subcontractors hired by New West were all very professional, helpful and courteous.  The construction was completed on time and budget.  There were no unpleasant surprises.  Any after construction concerns and questions were dealt with promptly.  This is a very experienced team and it shows.  We would not hesitate to use New West in any future construction project and would highly recommend them.
